"That I Do Not Forgive"
In the original "Godfather" movie (1972), Don Corleone sits down with other mafia bosses to make peace. But he warns them that if an "accident" befalls his youngest son Michael, "...if a bolt of lightning strikes him...", that the Godfather will not forgive.
So far the Deep State has allowed two would-be assassins to approach Trump closely enough to be dangerous, and one to actually shoot him in the ear. To those who, unlike me, never studied anatomy, let me remind you that the ear is part of the head, and is located just 1 or 2 centimeters from the brain. If Trump had not turned his head at the last moment, his brains would be splattered over the first three rows of spectators.
The Secret Service has proved itself incompetent at best, and compromised at worst. Meanwhile, the Department of Justice publishes a letter from the golf course would-be assassin, offering a cash bounty to murder Trump. In effect, the DOJ offered that bounty. And the Secretary of Commerce publicly declares that Trump should be "extinguished" for good.
Let us hope that further would-be assassins are poor shots. Because otherwise, like Don Corleone, that I do not forgive. You really don't want half the U.S. population feeling that way about you.
