Summary of his NYC grocery plan
1. Offer wide variety of artificially cheap food.
2. Put most mom & pop stores out of business.
3. Offer whatever they want at whatever price.
Bread lines in NYC? Very possible once most grocer's close because they can't make a profit competing with city-owned stores. Keep in mind most grocery stores operate on a 1-2% profit margin, so it won't take much.
