Jan. 6 Insurrection? Not Really

Thoughts on Jan. 6:
- Insurrection? Everyone unarmed. Not charged.
- Trespassing: With cops gesturing them in? Not charged.
- Riot: In practical terms yes, but not legally, cops never declared unlawful assembly.
- Damaging property & disturbing the peace? Yes, but misdemeanors. Worth stewing about for a year and a half?
